The Identity Package: Frequently Asked Questions

Our identity package is perfect for small businesses that need to update an old logo or create their first logo, and who need to ensure that their brochures, business cards, signs, and other materials look professional and consistent.

This package does not include a website, but it can be combined with our mini-site package to include a matching website.

What is a "deliverable"?

Deliverable is Dan’s fancy word for a print file that can be turned into a real life product. Some examples of deliverables include:

We can help prepare files for anything you need, and we can help you print them, too!

Will I get all the files I need?

You bet! We will provide you with a Logo Guide that includes all the colors, fonts, and styles of logo so you can be consistent with all of your business materials. We will send you a variety of JPG, PNG, SVG files in multiple sizes and styles. Need your logo in a special format — no problem! We will provide it to you at no charge.

We will also provide all of the deliverable files to you to use however you wish. You can have us print your materials, or you can have them printed at a different location — you are in control.

Will I own my startup package logo and deliverable designs?

Absolutely. Your logo and deliverable designs belong to you for you to use any way you please. We can help you print your deliverable items, or you can take them to your favorite printer somewhere else — you are in control.

The Identity Package: What to Expect

First We Pin

Our team sets up a Pinterest board for each logo client where we can work with you to create your vision. You’re part of the team, we want to see what colors speak to you, which photos create the emotional response you want from your brand!

Then We Draw

For us, it’s got to start on paper. If the structure of a logo won’t work with a pencil, it might not be a great product long term. We want to make sure we put some time and thought into this for you.

Now We Revise

We’ll narrow down the project to the best three options for your brand. Then you pick one that’s heading in the right direction and you get three revision rounds to that logo! Let’s make it perfect.

Now We Finalize

Each logo client gets a logo guide that provides every version of their final logo along with the color codes and font names. We want to make sure you’re successful and impress your vendors moving forward!

The Good Stuff

Not only do we provide profile and cover photos for your social media accounts with your new branding, we create your deliverables for you, too! You pick four things and we design them so your brand looks consistent. We can even get them printed for you if you’d like.

Final Files Sent

We want to make sure you're setup for success, no matter where you go after our project is complete. We'll provide all the logo files you need, as well as print ready files for your deliverables. So even if you want to use someone else to print your work, you'll be prepared with proper files!
